How it works
This is an outline of what you can expect when using our services.
Place your order
Once you have found the package that works for you, place your order through our secure online store.
We receive your order
Upon receipt of your order, we will mail packaging instructions with our special labels.
Once your package is boxed and ready, take it to your local post office/UPS/FexEx. You pay for the shipping of your choice.
If you are in a 30 mile radius of Yorkville, IL, you have the option of shipping your box, scheduling a drop-off for a small fee, or scheduling a pick-up from your home.
Once we receive your memories, the digitization process begins.
You can check the progress of your order via your account page.
You will receive updated emails every step of the way, regarding the status of your order.
Generally lead times are 4-6 weeks, depending on current workload.
We will advise if lead-times will be longer than usual.
Approve and Ship
Once we complete your memories, we ask that you review your order via your account. When you approve the files, we then return your original photos, slides or tapes. You will also receive your requested media and a link to a download of your files.
